Can a photo of a receipt be read correctly?

We are testing whether eyeq can read a Maltese receipt or Z reading from a photo and get the numbers right. Your job is to tell us where it is wrong.

What to expect
  • About 3 minutes, best on your phone
  • One document per go — a Z reading, or one receipt
  • You check what we read and tap anything wrong
Before you start — how we use what you send
This is a research test by EyeQ.consulting. Your document photo and your answers are sent to us and looked at by our team.
  • We use them only to test and improve how eyeq reads receipts.
  • We keep the documents you send. They become a permanent test set so we can check new versions against the same documents later.
  • Do not send anything you would not want us to keep. Cover any part you would rather we did not see.
  • You can stop any time, or email mon@eyeq.consulting to have your entry removed.

About you.

So we can tell submissions apart.

Not sure is a real answer. Plenty of small businesses do not know their article number, and a guess would spoil the test.

What are you sending?

This decides how we read it.

How big is the receipt?

Long till rolls need more than one photo to stay readable.

Left: fits in one photo. Right: too long for one photo — needs several.

Take your photos.

One document only. Every photo must be of the same receipt or the same Z reading. If you send two different receipts together we cannot read either of them.

Reading your document.

This usually takes under a minute.

Is this right?

Everything is marked correct already. Tap the tick on anything we got wrong, then type what it should say.

How did we do?

One tap. Five is perfect, one is useless.

Sent. Thank you.

Your document and your corrections are with us.

Got another document? Start again — one document per go keeps the results clean.
